
Ecler cu crema de cafea si glazura de ciocolata
Ingrediente:
Coji ecler cu cacao - 50 ml ulei, 100 ml apa, 85 gr faina, 15 gr cacao, 4 oua, 1 praf sare.
Crema de cafea - 500 ml lapte, 60 gr amidon, 2 oua, 20 gr zahar vanilat, 1 praf de sare, 120 gr zahar, 3 gr cafea instant.
Glazura ciocolata - 100 gr ciocolata, 10 ml ulei
